Most of the voters are tired or fast asleep. No time to review what the change might bring.

The downsize of the Board seems appealing, but will it mean more power to the remaining nine directors? No doubt. Do we know how the power will be distributed, and the exact details of every director’s scope and area of impact on health care politics?  And/or how it may impact our issues with BCMA, that we had a beef with for decades?

I do not know any of these things, and have not received any relevant information on.

And how much time do we have to decide on something we do not know?
