How do I register to log in?

To register and create an account you must have a valid email address. Click on the Create new account option that can also be found as a tab on the Login/Register page and provide the information required. Your registration profile cannot be viewed by the general public. The information you provide is used for administration of the website and although other registered users can view your registration profile you choose which fields to make visible to them.
How can I unsubscribe or turn notification email on or off?

You can "unsubscribe" or turn notification email on and off to avoid getting email when you are away and receive email again after you return. After you are logged in, click on "My account" on the top menu. Then click on the "Notification settings" tag and for "Notify status" select disabled or enabled.
If i forget my password how can i log in?
Public
If you forget your password go to the Request new password tab on the Login/Register page and enter your email address. You will receive an email with a one time login which you can use to login and reset your password.
Does DocLounge work on all computer platforms?

Yes, DocLounge is a web portal for all platforms. If you encounter any difficulties please let us know though the Contact form.
Do I have to be a medical doctor to create an account?

Yes. Only medical doctors and those enrolled in accredited medical schools and residency training programs can have access to the private areas of this website. Others are still welcome to visit the website to browse through the public posts, news and other links provided.
